Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)
Essential Functions:
In collaboration with Cost Center Manager, perform analytics and summarize staffing requirements.
Track requisitions and hiring status while working with Cost Center Manager to prioritize recruiting efforts.
Coordinate tracking and trade-offs of budgeted and pipeline requisitions.
Assist with data entry in resource tracking for Long Range Planning process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Expertise with SharePoint, planning tools, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
Minimum 5 years managing within diverse office environments.
Strong project management, resource tracking skills, and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Lean Sigma training is strongly preferred.
