AS9100 Understanding SAP/P2P knowledge, Electro/mechanical assembly experience.
Experience working effectively in a Matrix Management Environment Experienced in the application and assessment of Statistical Process Control programs & Variability Reduction Analysis techniques.
Effective interpersonal skills, including Team building and Collaboration.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning.
Able to develop strategic briefings and present to all levels of the Team.
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Effective Communication Skills:
Written, Oral, Listening, Presentation, Technical Writing.
Strong Leadership skills.
Can-do attitude with the ability to seamlessly transition from a strategic approach to tactical application.
Experienced communicating with all levels of Leadership.
