Responsibilities include quality team leadership, quality planning, technical design reviews, development documentation review and approval, risk assessments, device change control and complaint support as well as other assignments as given.
The incumbent in this role will apply advanced quality principles to the design and implementation of system modifications and/or capital projects. Employee will develop, organize, analyze, present and implement results for operational issues or engineering projects of moderate scope. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree & 2 years of Engineering experience
OR
Masters degree & 6 years of Engineering experience
OR
Bachelors degree or & 8 years of Engineering experience
OR
Associates degree & 10 years of Engineering experience
OR
High school diploma / GED & 12 years of Engineering experience Preferred Qualifications BA/BS in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
Experience with quality systems should include:
ISO 9001:
2000 (ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000), ISO 13485:
2003 or related compliance regulations and management of engineering development procedures.
Ability to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of Design Controls
Experience with device product design enhancements/improvements
Ability to effectively represent multiple quality functions/disciplines on product development teams
