Assisted offers our CHHA's a unique employment package:
Flexible hours and working close to home Assist patient with personal hygiene, elimination, / nutritional support, ambulation and exercise according to the patient's needs and as specified on the HHA Assignment.
Communicate with RN, Rehab Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
Perform other related supportive tasks as specified by Agency policy.
Including but not limited to -
Qualifications:
Completion of an approved training program pursuant to Federal/State law.
Current, active California HHA certificate with criminal background check.
Skills test assessment (At office).
