Qualifications:
o Direct sales experience is preferred, especially in a progressive B2B or retail environment o Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline o A comprehensive understanding of the fleet industry and how OEMs, dealers, FMC's and fleet customers work together to manage their fleet businesses o Exceptional degree of customer orientation o Strong presentation skills o Proven negotiation skills o Demonstrated ability to sell products and services on distinct and unique attributes, as well as on the overall value proposition o Effective at working independently o Entrepreneurial and results driven o Takes initiative o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications o Significant travel required Job Purpose:
Account Sales Representative Job Duties:
o Maintains and optimizes business relationships with current customers and Fleet Management Companies (FMC's) o Actively seeks out new customers and generates sales leads o Qualifies leads by scheduling appointments, making clear and effective presentations and understanding account requirements o Actively supports dealers in growth of fleet business, including:
o Definition, development and launch of branded small fleet product o Coaching and training of dealer personnel in small fleet business o Joint visits to key small fleet customers and prospects with field personnel o Local events and promotional activities o Uses CRM tool to manage all sales activities, including lead management, visit reports and follow-ups o Keeps abreast of developments in Automotive Fleet, including market trends, new products and services, competitive activities, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
