DOE General Duties and
Responsibilities:
Adheres to proper cGMP's including good housekeeping, proper protection of product quality and integrity, and personal hygiene.
Reads and understands written instructions and SOPs.
Reviews pending customer Sales Orders that may require updated licensing information.
Reviews documentation to assure collection of appropriate data for regulatory submission and regulatory compliance.
Reviews DEA Form 222 customer orders and accompanying documentation.
Submits Form 222 copies to DEA.
Reviews and tracks DEA Schedule II customer orders for compliance, handling customer communication and submits related information to the DEA regional office.
Assists with DEA Schedule II quota requirements.
Involves extensive interaction with regional and national regulatory agencies.
Interfaces with Regulatory Body reviewers relating to assigned projects via written and verbal communication as needed to ensure timely approval (under the direction of Supervisor, Compliance).
Submit transactions through ARCOS Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) program.
Acquires knowledge of quality system regulations/requirements (i.
e.
ISO-International Organization for Standardization, FDA-Food and Drug Administration, GMP-Good Manufacturing Practices, DEA-Drug Enforcement Administration, EPA- Environmental Protection Agency).
Prepares and submits documents and submissions in support of new compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Maintains updated information of regulations, laws and policies stimulated by federal and state governments pertinent to pharmaceuticals.
Updates ERP with licensing information (i.
e.
, GSMS renewals, customer renewals, etc.
).
Performs any compliance-related duties assigned by management.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
Must lift, bend, stoop, climb, and pull in the process of filing.
Must sit for 90% of the day.
Must have basic accounting and ERP knowledge.
Advanced writing skills required.
May be required to work longer than the typical 8-hour work day.
