Administrative Assistant II is needed for a contract opportunity with Yohs client located in Oxnard, CA. What Youll Be Doing:

Position is responsible for supporting the Operations team by performing administrative functions such as reserving rooms, creating agendas for visitors, arranging catering, answering calls etc. :
Processing invoices :
Creating purchase requisitions :
Generating and revising reports as needed :
Organizing and preparing new vendor documents :
Putting together interview folders and scheduling interviews for Operations. :
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail. :
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. :
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. :
Performs a variety of tasks. :
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree :
Two to five (2:
5) years of experience in the field :
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a
