SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Work assignment may vary throughout quality department areas as determined by Capacity, and Continuous Improvement aspects of all processes within the Quality/A and D area assigned.
This producer is expected to be able to be proficient in the area assigned, with the ultimate objective of being proficient in all areas of quality and and reducing waste, are critical components of this job.
Strong communications skills are required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES - Will be highly efficient in setup and operation of x:
ray machine and digital film processor.
- Read and Interpret images on film to determine conformance to specifications.
Develops X:
Ray techniques for a variety of part configurations.
- Performs equipment calibration - Conducts tests, interprets, evaluates and documents NOT results/lAW procedures - Conducts basic mechanical and visual inspections for conformance to drawings QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (CEO) required.
- 2 years related experience preferably in Defense and Aerospace and ordnance - Certified as a Level II Xray technician per NAS4I 0 or ANSI/ASNT:

- Basic GD and T knowledge - Ability to perform basic mechanical inspection using calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Must be able to meet all ITAR and BATFE background requirements Language Skills:
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability common:
sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
