I amcurrently looking for a Region Business Director that brings previous Sales Management success.
This position develops a highly effective and cohesive sales team to drive sales revenue growth through direct reports.
The Region Business Directorhas the ability to represent the organization by leading by example, innovating business strategies and rallying a collaborative matrix team around business opportunities.
This person will build and execute business plans and create developmental plans to move District Sales Managers andSales Representatives along a specified career path.

7 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience :

years of Healthcare Sales Management experience :

years managing District Managers :
MUST HAVE documented sales success with at least 1top 20 national ranking within the past 2 years.

Successfully launching products, Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales management experience within the diabetes field
