Direct Hire 100K to 120K Duties:
Responsible for leading an Accounting department (AP,AR, Med Level Management) Perform general accounting functions such as, journal entries, account reconciliations, specialized reports.
Oversight of month end close in collaboration with accounting department and assistant controller Analysis of procedures/engineering new procedures for process improve from tracking improper transactions in the GL.
Developing budgets and reporting the financial information to upper management Analysis of financial information to develop projections per monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual.
Make recommendations as necessary to executive management.
Qualifications:

Years of relevant experience is a requirement Big Four Experience is highly preferred Extensive budgeting experience Experience reporting and comfortable reporting financial data to executive management CPA is preferred Aviation a plus but not necessary MBA or MsC in relevant field Management of team greater than 5 direct reports Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.
