Research Associate II (HPLC or UPLC assays, GLP/CMP)

Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)
Essential Functions:
Perform titer assay to assist pilot plant operations.
Perform routine micro testing, such as bioburden, endotoxin and Gram stain, following appropriate procedures.
Perform Water sampling and associated water testing.
Perform compendial assays (such as pH, clarity, Osmolality) for product release and stability testing in compliance with internal SOPs and GLP regulations Write and revise SOPs, protocols and technical reports as necessary.
Complete documentation in accordance with GLP.
Perform laboratory tasks including general housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, etc.
Troubleshooting equipment and assays.
Training of other Analysts within the department within scope of knowledge.
Qualifications:
BS degree with 3-5 years or Associate degree with 7-10 years of industry experience Proficient in HPLC or UPLC assays Experience in microbial testing Experience in GL P or GMP environment Good organization skills and attention to detail Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel) and good communication skills are required.
