Company Description Job Description Training & Development Associate III Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 Contract 10 months Pay $32-$34/hr DOE We are seeking a Responsibilities o Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their training plans in LMS o Collaborate with business unites to establish the LMS vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and functionality.
o Leading projects ensuring project milestones are met Person Specification Knowledge, skills, experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
-Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
-3 years job experience in Business Analyst/Project Coordination field - Expertise in the navigation and usage of LMS and Cognos to a level of being able to train or advise others in its functionality or expertise in the use of complex HR operating systems used by staff and managers - Competent in handling queries and issues presented by system users - Familiar with regulatory expectations for training documentation - Project Coordination/Management experience -Business Analysis experience Behavioral Competencies - Organizing (project management/coordination) -Business Analysis - Problem solving - Customer focus - Drive for Results - Process management Click here to apply.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
