Responsibilities:
Partner with Corporate Director L D to support learning and development strategies that are aligned to corporate objectives.
Deliver all workshops submitted from the central L D team to ensure consistency of message is maintained across the entire organization.
Deliver ongoing team workshops customized to meet the team s specific needs.
Partner with the HR Business Partner to assist in the delivery of new hire orientation.
Support delivery of content for future employee rotation programs as they are rolled out.
Requirements Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or other related field.
MBTI Certification is a plus, as well as Coaching Certification.
Minimum 7-10 years of facilitation experience in a client facing role.
Minimum of 7-10 years of learning and development related experience.
Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external partners across the organization.
Proven ability to dynamically deliver content, engage an audience and have an unwavering energy doing so.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Prior knowledge and experience in working with department managers on developing training plans for their teams.
Strong preference for experience out of ecommerce, start-up environments where creative thinking was embraced and encouraged.
Prior experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.
Supreme attention to detail and heightened sensitivity to delivering to deadlines and follow up.
Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to be adaptable to change, and work in extremely fast paced environments.

Willingness to travel of minimum of 40-50%.
