Job Description Maintain the highest level of Member/Guest service and Professionalism.
Check in and receive all incoming merchandise.
Keep a neat and organized stock room.
Advise Head Golf Professional on all levels of staple inventory items.
(ie.
balls, gloves, hats, socks, etc.
) Execution and follow through of all merchandise returns.
Follow up with Members with all special orders.
Inventory and ordering of all necessary Golf Shop supplies.
(ie.
tees, scorecards, register tape, etc.
) Assist with period end inventory.
Follow up with all daily procedures and assist with any other golf related duties as deemed necessary by the Director of Golf.
Assist with period end bill and invoice reconciliation.
also responsible for all golf shop P-card transaction reconciliation and reporting for the Director of Golf.
Assist in the coordination of promotion of all upcoming events and programs.
Job Requirements At least 2 years retail experience required.
Previous high end retail and customer service experience required.
Knowledge of Golf required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
