Senior Property Accountant Position Overview:
The Property Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for all aspects of accounting and reporting for portfolio properties.
Responsibilities include:
Booking accruals, month end close, bank reconciliations, account analyses, regulatory filings, reserve tracking, and financial statement review Prepares cash flow reports, monthly financial reporting packages and cash flow distributions to property owners Experience and
Qualifications:
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, as well as Excel and communication skills are musts Knowledge of Yardi Yoyager or other property management software is preferred Source:
