Company Description Job Description Compensation:
$120K to $140K Meet and exceed customer service levels through the accurate forecast of call volume/staffing for the volume Monitor and report the performance of production through data collection tools Implement new technologies for increasing service production levels.
Responsible for the hiring, managing, development, and training for all service representatives Monitor call volume and implement operational efficiencies to increase production Lead a direct team in excess of 120 through managing multiple centers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred 7
