Engineering IT Finance/Accounting Marketing/Sales Hospitality Job Description Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Convert MS Word documents in a legacy format to ISIWriter using a custom conversion tool, ensuring that the correct styles and formatting are applied to the document o Additional cleanup when legacy documents are not in the correct format, either pre- or post-conversion o Responsible for quality of documentation converted and formatted for electronic or paper-based submissions o Maintain awareness of regulatory conversion and formatting requirements o Actively participates in authoring support and submission management projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
o Attention to detail, organized and ability to support multiple projects o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Knowledge of applicable regulations o Technical system skills (e.
g.
FirstDoc, ISI Toolbox, ISI Writer, MS Word) o Knowledge of MS Word Templates, Their Function and Use, MS Word Macros o Working knowledge of ICH Submission Readiness Standards o Ability to work under deadlines Bachelor's Degree or country equivalent with 0 - 2 years regulatory experience preferably within a healthcare environment.
Scientific or related discipline would be an advantage.
