Job Description
Responsibilities:
a) Use Microsoft Excel to track, inventory, and manage parts ordered and received for LCAC SLEP and CTT.
b) Inventory, receipt, and Issue parts in ERP.
c) Create DD 1149 and all associated shipping documents to ship parts.
d) Develop and create all documentation needed to order via purchase card and contract.
g) Use Microsoft Access to enter and track problem reports.
h) Update and maintain process document for procuring parts.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years experience.
Qualifications:
Must be well organized, be able to follow compliance procedures and be familiar with established internal control procedures.
Must be comfortable climbing ladders and bending.
May occasionally need to lift objects up to 40 lbs.
