Company Description Astrolite Alloys (a division of Mersen) is a manufacturer and distributor of welding wire products for aerospace, defense and commercial industries.

Required Skills:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer skills - Must be able to comprehend specifications, procedures, customer purchase order documents and government regulations.
- Ability to multitask with professionalism and a positive/hospitable attitude - Have a persuasive and convincing personality - Must have the ability to work as part of a team - Must be able to handle customer complaints in a positive manner - Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
Training and background:
- High School Graduate - 2-4 year College Degree preferred (Communications or Marketing major preferred) - Previous phone sales in an industrial or aerospace market is a plus.
- Previous experience with Aerospace industry standards or quality programs is a plus.
