Works with Engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to solve manufacturing or quality problems.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Thorough working knowledge of inspection tools, gauges and equipment.
CMM experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of ANSI/ASME Y14.
5M, MIL-I-45208, ISO9001:
2008, nondestructive testing, GD&T, heat treating, conversion coating, plating, painting and familiarity with castings and forgings.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to train and direct the work of others.
Working knowledge of aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of Aerospace Quality Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
