Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Scarlett's Landscape, Inc.
As a trusted name in landscape design and construction, we are looking for someone to showcase our work and attract potential clients through engaging and compelling social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites in Ventura County and surrounding areas to capture photos and videos of ongoing projects, including before-and-after shots and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Create and curate content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase our portfolio, project progress, and design insights.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive online presence.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for businesses, preferably in the construction, design, or related industries.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality content on job sites.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and showcasing projects in an engaging manner.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools/software is a plus.
