We are IMMEDIATELY HIRING for Per Diem position who can do Admission, Recertification, Supervisory Visits, PRN Visits.
Minimum Requirements:
1.
Minimum 1 year experience in Hospice Care 2.
With valid professional license, driver's license, clear record and proof of car insurance.
3.
Can travel distance and take multiple assignments in different locations.
4.
With Current Tb test, Chest X-ray and Physical Exam 5.
Have a positive attitude towards work, able to work with less supervision, with excellent clinical judgment and carry out emergency procedures when needed.
6.
Maintain professionalism at all times.
7.
Can do IV insertion 8.
