Summary:
The HR Generalist, as part of the EATON HR team, will provide a professional support for maintaining human resource activities as well as supporting the HR department.
Additionally, the HR Generalist is cross trained in all day-to-day HR functions and provides support and assistants to the HR Manager and other duties as assigned.
Job
Responsibilities:
Assists with implementation of human resources procedures and processes.
Prepare and maintain payroll records.
Prepare and distributes weekly HR updates to employees Provides support in coordinating human resource engagement activities, wellness events and onsite scheduling.
Coordinate's interviews with appropriate hiring managers and other involved in the interviewing process.
Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation, as well as schedules training.
Maintaining the front desk and greeting visitors and customers.
This includes maintaining employee badging system.
Coordinates and assists with employee benefits and health and safety events.
Maintains human resource records.
Provides systems support to employees (general information as well as resetting passwords).
Participates in internal committees and completes special projects as assigned.
Qualifications High School diploma/ some college and at least one year experience in a professional office environment Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
