We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Ventura, CA.
Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a team player who is licensed to perform x-rays (or can readily become licensed to take x-rays), loves what they do and wants to do everything possible to help lower and eliminate unnecessary drugs and surgery and will work with other providers as indicated to best optimize patient care.
Must be a California Licensed Chiropractor, who loves the Ventura area! Come work in a great clinic, where we focus on high quality individualized care, while enjoying the ocean views from the treatment rooms.
Currently, we utilize instrument adjusting pro-adjuster and DRX decompression with neuropathy programs and therapy and would also be open to manual adjusting when indicated and necessary.

We have integrated a Peripheral Neuropathy program, Gut Health program, and will be adding an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, and a Nurse Practitioner to our multidisciplinary group.
We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment.
Duties:
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic digital X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care, and need to keep patients on their recommended treatment program for best results Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Instrument assisted adjustments and manual, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) ChiroSpring EHR Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments, doing re-exams every 6-12 visits or as new conditions arise for patient's to see progress or monitoring of their conditions.
Calling/contacting patients after their first visit to see how they are doing and checking in with patients that may be due for their next treatment.
Attend/do educational talks, lectures, and venues to educate the community about services we provide several times a week and month.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in CA Licensed to perform x-rays in CA (or can readily become licensed to take x-rays) Schedule:
Full time Monday-Friday (closed Thursdays) Salary (range):
$38-$50 per hour $70k-$90k per year plus bonus compensation
