VOICE:
The California AB (Assembly Bill) 109 VOICE (Ventura Opportunities for Integrating into the Community Environment) program is an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model program that provides services to persons who are coming out of the California Department of Corrections (CDCR), are in need of mental health services, and have been designated to be supervised by the Ventura County Probation Department, rather than by parole.
The services provided are outpatient and often take place in the field rather than in the office.
VISTA:
Adult Forensic ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program provides services to people that have been identified as severely and persistently mentally ill, homeless or at risk for homelessness, and incarcerated within the past year.
Upon release from jail, a Telecare VISTA team member will be there to pick up the potential member, address immediate needs, and schedule an appointment for psychiatric assessment.
In this Clinical Director mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s).
Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties.

00 pm; Monday - Friday ($5000 Sign On Bonus) Wage range $100,000 - $115,000 - Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards Masters or higher degree in Social Services One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate) Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing) as LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, RN, Ph.
