Qualifications Required High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Enrolled in or graduated from School of Pharmacy.
Valid CA Intern license Overview Community Memorial Health System was established in 2005 when Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura merged with Ojai Valley Community Hospital.
