Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in our Milwaukee, WI office.
The Sales Manager will manage and perform all tasks necessary to increase sales, win contracts, and increase backlog.
Tasks include client-facing direct sales across all OESC business lines and companies, tracking leads in our CRM system, positioning OESC to win contracts, preparing marketing collateral and written proposals, and coordinating sales efforts internally with operations and marketing staff.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
Arrange and participate in client meetings to promote the OESC brand, present OESC qualifications, and gather information on upcoming opportunities; frequent travel to client locations is required Develop capture plans and strategies to win contracts, in concert with operations and marketing staff Coordinate sales efforts internally; arrange and host meetings and strategy sessions required to position OESC to win opportunities identified Maintain sales information in the OESC Customer Relationship Management system including opportunities identified, actions required for capture, and other pertinent information Participate in developing marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and responses to client inquiries Participate in preparing and reviewing written proposals Education/
Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering, science, construction management, or related fields Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a successful track record in sales with US federal government agencies including the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, US Navy, US EPA, and other DoD and federal agencies; experience with commercial, municipal, and state agencies is a plus Established network of contacts in targeted US federal agencies, and working knowledge of agency organizational structure and key points of contact Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of federal acquisition processes, time frames, and funding cycles Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite in a Windows environment Experience with federal proposals, including SF330 submittals Capable of handling multiple deadline-driven tasks Able to work independently EOE- Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans www.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
