This customer service-oriented position is best suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with and helping people.
They will be expected to communicate accurately, directly and efficiently to get client and patient needs met.
Duties of this position include:
answering phone calls interacting with clients in person and over the phone delivering messages to doctors and clients effectively and timely maintaining cleanliness of the front office scheduling appointments accurate documentation in the medical record fielding calls and inquiries from referring veterinary facilities Interested candidates should have familiarity with Windows based computer programs, handling financial transactions, and routing phone calls.
It is preferred that persons wishing to join our Client Support team have a minimum 1 year of customer service-related experience, as well as a high school diploma or G.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
