Hospice Account Manager

As our newest Account Manager you would be responsible for service account growth by initiating and maintaining ongoing professional contacts with physicians, area health facilities, community organizations, state and county medical societies, and similar groups and institutions.
Responsibilities include:
Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payors.
Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in establishing agency volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department.
Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
At least three years' experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice operations.
