Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay - Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests - Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room - Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and generating reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality management preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure - Proficient in using hotel management software systems We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our employees.
