Duties include Service Appointment management, Service Phone call distribution, due bill processing, courtesy transportation program, Onstar leads, online leads.
Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or service experience a plus BILINGUAL:
Spanish a plus Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented Strong customer service skills:
problem solving and communication (written and verbal) Strong record of positive customer satisfaction High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.
