Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to the guest.
Follow Marriott Brand guidelines of the hotel and ensure the guests has a pleasant stay.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

All levels of management/, non-management associates, local businesses and customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform daily visual inspections of assigned equipment.
Perform repairs to all responsible equipment and systems as instructed.
Takes corrective action as needed.
Repairs to HVAC Complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, repairs to pipe lines, toilets, sinks, kitchens and laundry equipment.
Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions and/or request to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments Assist with other issues as assigned Monitors and handles guest complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle calls through radio for guest related Review with the front desk for any open tickets Will be assigned to cleaning and general maintenance duties in the engineering spaces and other assigned daily operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
on a regular and continuing basis Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
JOB
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; plus, one to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment.
Candidate should have outstanding analytical skills, attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to work well in a high paced environment.
The ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure effectively and work independently.
The ability to deal with internal and external guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Must be a team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of associates and management.
