Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Familiarity with ServiceTitan a plus!
