We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.
As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of landscape construction crews in performing various tasks related to landscape construction projects, including but not limited to:
Supervise construction crews on one or more projects.
Time will be spent on site and will include physical work.
Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and meets quality standards.
Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and plans.
Ensure all equipment, material and manpower are available for project.
Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with management for timely procurement or repair Propose solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
4 years plus of landscape construction experience Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in operating landscape construction equipment.
Reliable Transportation Performing physical activities that require use of your arms, legs, and whole body.
Be able to perform labor-intensive work on a regular basis.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
