You will provide a broad spectrum of legal support services and general office support.
I am looking for a dependable and honest person looking to learn and grow.
More hours will be available upon a showing of those sought-after qualities.
This is a part time position, ideal for a student.
Any offer of employment will be contingent on a satisfactory background check.
Responsibilities FIRST AND FOREMOST:
Communicate with clients, potential clients, colleagues, and vendors in a professional manner at all times.
Rudeness will not be tolerated.
You can yell and vent in the office when none of these people are around, no problem.
If you do not have the patience or ability to do this, please do not apply.
Welcome guests arriving to the office.
Provide administrative support to lawyer as requested to enhance office effectiveness.
Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
in English and in Spanish.
Scan and properly index all documents coming into and leaving the office, per Company procedure.
Occasional errands (for office supplies, bank deposits, courthouse filings, etc.
) Skills Bilingual - English / Spanish Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills Proven working experience in any job that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Computer literacy Proficiency in writing in English and Spanish Excellent organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Job Type:
