Los Angeles County and Ventura County We are seeking an experienced window washing and pressure washing technician to join our team.
Paid training is available but experience is a plus! Key
Responsibilities:
Window Washing (height to make of 4 stories).
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment Clean and maintain a variety of exterior surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and parking garages Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Keep accurate records of all cleaning activities Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
Qualifications:
Knowledge of window washing techniques, equipment and cleaning solutions Knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment and cleaning solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed (not often) We offer competitive pay, benefits package, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
