Summary
Candidate will work alongside a case manager to provide support to assigned patients. Candidate will provide group therapy, complete psychosocial assessments and facilitate treat planning for assigned patients. Candidate serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization s treatment program and philosophy.
Job Requirements
Master s Degree in a related field (counseling, psychology, social work).
Demonstrated knowledge of formulating treatment plans.
Experience with conducting assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues.
Minimum Work Experience
3 years experience in a related mental health field.
Required License
Current California licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or MFT/ or Registered Associate.
