The ideal candidate must have excellent guest service, interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, ability to multitask, answer phone calls and collect email and cellphone data.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in customer service.
knowledge in cannabis products is preferred.
Candidate must be over 21 years or older.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receiving orders from multiple channels and platforms.
Resolving guest issues.
Keen ability to make quick decision.
Send and verify guest payments.
Keep accurate count of delivery inventory.
Track and schedule delivery vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Maps out and directs all orders for drivers.
Creates and follows through with new initiatives.
Reaching out to guests to maintain relationships and sales.
Keeping workspace clean and organized.
