Great opportunity for a call center position if you have one or more years of recent (within the last two years) heavy call volume experience in a call center.
Call center experience consists of answering high volume calls consistently throughout the day, assisting callers with detailed questions.
It's a plus if you are bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or have your California life and health insurance licenses.

The job duties for this open position include handling high volume calls from individuals wanting to enroll in insurance plans or asking questions about existing coverages.
Other administrative tasks may consist of receiving faxes, responding to emails, and processing documents.
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
This position requires a CA Health/Life insurance license.
If you are not licensed but have current or recent heavy call volume call center experience, we will provide the opportunity for you to become licensed.
Our hours of operation are 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm M-F.

One or more years of recent (within the last two years) heavy call volume experience in a call center.
Spanish/Bilingual skills a plus.
CA Department of Insurance life and health licenses a plus.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills including active listening, confirming, and clarifying.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Primary Job Duties:
Answer high volume incoming calls, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
Document all calls.
Assist with outbound calls to the members, insurance carriers, and group representatives.
Handle sensitive client/member information by company guidelines.
Engage with callers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
Offer support and solutions to callers adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
Send and receive faxes, respond to emails, and process documents according to company policies and procedures.
Work well with others in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Other duties as requested.
