- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers - Assist with catering and banquet events as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers - Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective location) - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note:
