Job Description Description:
This Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for a business intelligence/operational metrics project.
This BA will interface with multiple business clients to define and document metric definitions, then translate those business definitions into system requirements.
This BA will then work with the ETL and reports development teams to ensure that requirements are correctly built in the system.
This BA will work with the testing team to ensure that all requirements are fully tested and that the system meets the business needs.
Last, this BA will produce system documentation required throughout the project (e.
g.
requirements, design, test plan, requirements trace matrix, etc.
) Required Skills:
o Excellent communication/writing skills - required to facilitate meetings with the business clients, communicate business needs to the development team, write and execute test scripts, and to create system documentation o Background/familiarity with pharma manufacturing process - required to understand the business needs o Experience in defining and documenting business intelligence metric definitions and requirements Recommended (Not Required):
o Experience using EDM/Documentum, HP Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management o Experience creating SQL queries to review back-end data Source:
