System Administrator (Domino/Windows/Unix)

benefits This is near Thousand Oaks, CA The Systems Administrator will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of information systems throughout the company.
You will be responsible for a combination of production support and new project initiatives.
The Systems Administrator will be required to install and configure collaborative applications like
Responsibilities:
Analyze and apply applicable patches to systems, and applicable infrastructure components Monitor and analyze application and system performance Analyze system utilization and trending to plan for system/application/storage growth.
Create and modify system scripts to handle automatic processes in the system.
Assist in performing and documenting procedures for disaster recovery purposes.
Perform system maintenance and upgrades on IT maintenance hours.
Create and maintain system documentation Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Actively monitors a ticket queue for new tasks.
Installs and configures new hardware.
Administer user and group management on OS and applications.
Requirements:
College degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience 5
years of hands on experience with IBM Lotus Domino 5
years of experience with Windows and UNIX (Any flavor) operating systems environment Experience in working with AD, LDAP, VLANs, Firewalls Shell scripting, Windows PowerShell and/or Perl skills for system administration Excellent Communication Skills Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support Occasional travel will be required Preferred
Experience:
Working Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals Experience with enterprise systems management tools Working Knowledge of general server hardware and support Working Knowledge of Infrastructure Security best practices Experience in working with SAN Storage and Network Attached Storage Experience in working with ERP applications Experience in working with Oracle databases Experience with system and data backup procedures http:
