CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC

The ability to perform the duties of a Construction Mechanic without more than normal supervision performing the following duties:
1) Repairing and maintaining roofs, masonry structures, floorings, and/or various surfaces; 2) Inspecting and repairing various disposal systems, high-pressure systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and/or climate control systems; 3) Determining the necessary tools (e.g. hammers, chisels, brushes, welding equipment, hand and/or power tools) and materials needed to accomplish assigned tasks; and 4) Following blueprints and guidelines to accomplish work. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
