SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Supervising the acquisition planning, advertising, negotiating, awarding, administering, closing, and/or termination of routine and/or highly complex contract actions of various types such as those in support of services, Architect and Engineering, environmental, and construction needs; 2) Planning contracting and procurement work to be accomplished by others and setting overall program goals and objectives for annual execution; 3) Managing and reviewing the work product and performance of a group of contracting and procurement personnel in providing quality products and services, and customer service; and 4) Interpreting and ensuring that contract actions are in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures.
