SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Coordinating the actions of diverse groups for planning, design and construction components of facilities projects, such as project/scope approval, site approval and waivers for design exceptions; 2) Providing subject matter expert-level guidance to engineers, architects and technicians on architectural and engineering methods for the design, repair, alteration, rehabilitation, installation, improvement or demolition of facilities; 3) Conducting architectural and/or engineering studies and investigations which form the basis for funding future projects; and 4) Reviewing architectural and engineering plans and designs for accuracy, adequacy and economy of design, choice of materials, completeness, practicability and safety as well as to determine conformance technical guidance, criteria and good construction practice.
