HOUSING MANAGER
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Inspecting housing facilities to identify needed facility improvements (i.e. maintenance, repairs, furnishings, etc.); 2) Coordinating repair and/or construction work with other activities to ensure work is completed on schedule; 3) Conducting housing studies (i.e. housing demand, utilization, turnover, etc.) to develop recommendations for changes or improvements; 4) Determining future housing costs to determine ensure housing operations are accomplished in accordance with the budget.
