FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (PROGRAM MGMT)
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing and monitoring asbestos corrective action plans; 2) Developing and maintaining a database of asbestos testing and results; 3) Directing facility repair projects including estimates for scopes of work and identifying funding sources for project completion; 4) Managing a facility assest management program to ensure compliance with policy guidance; and 5) Reviewing asbesto abatement plans for approval.
