Everyday tasks included processing voicemails and emails from students’ parents, providing return information services, and maintaining active lines of communication with administrative members of participant campuses; visiting at least one school to provide chess lesson to participant students, ranging from after school clubs sizing 8 students to 100+; organizing and assigning teachers and assistants to participant schools; organizing city-wide tournaments for 20+ participant schools.

Special tasks included organizing instructional debuts for candidate campuses.  It was my responsibility to approach schools not currently participating in Academic Chess After School Program and arrange to debut our unique style of teaching to individual classrooms to boost enrollment in new clubs.
